Middle school and high school students are blessed by the number of prestigious art and design competitions. They provide students with opportunities to showcase their talents and gain notoriety. Below is a sample the competitions our art studio students have won:

The Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest
The Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest is not just a competition; it is a powerful platform that nurtures the next generation of environmental advocates, fostering a sense of responsibility and inspiring positive change for the health of our planet’s oceans. The contest encourages young minds to engage with critical environmental issues through the lens of art, writing, and advocacy. With a commitment to ocean conservation and sustainability, this contest empowers students to express their perspectives on the challenges facing our oceans. Participants can submit original works, including visual art, poetry, prose, and multimedia projects, to showcase their creativity and passion for environmental stewardship. The contest not only encourages artistic expression but also serves as a catalyst for raising awareness about the importance of protecting our oceans. As entrants explore topics such as climate change, pollution, and marine biodiversity, they contribute to a global conversation on the urgent need for ocean preservation.
02
Global Sustainable Develop Competition
Each year, the GSD Department at the University of Warwick runs a competition for year 11 and 12 students (school pupils aged between 15 and 17 years).
